Return & Shipping Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Because we currently have a limited stock of certain items we may not be able to exchange them, so a refund will be issued after receiving and inspecting the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original tags, unworn and unwashed to be issued a full refund, minus shipping. 

Any shipping paid is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.


To complete your return please include the following in an email to info@thesimplybellaboutique.com:
1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Item Ordered
4. Reason you want to return item

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Policy 

Processing Times: We currently only ship in the United States. Not only is our shipping free, it's fast. Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Then it is dropped off at the mail carrier and shipped out to you!

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact us for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! We do not ship on weekends, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is packed for shipment you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You will be able to view the status of your package with the tracking number. Once shipments are packed and you receive the email confirmation with the tracking number we can no longer make changes to the shipping address.
